What people say
“I have sought treatment for a range of issues, including asthma, fibroids, knee injuries, and heavy periods. No matter the ailment, after each session with Naoko, I always feel noticeably better.”
-Lilly
“I have known Naoko for over 10 years and I can confidently say that without her input, I might not have my daughter today and would likely have needed surgery for my fibroids and thyroid issues. It is rare to find someone with this combination of skills and knowledge.
- Clyde
“I have been working with Naoko on a weekly basis for several years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an exceptionally skilled and deeply knowledgeable practitioner, and her work has had a profound impact on my life. I have not only experienced significant physical healing but also a deeper emotional and mental transformation.

I offer one-to-one acupuncture sessions and community treatments. Book an appointment.
Your Appointment
The first appointment includes a thorough consultation to explore your full health history. We’ll take time to talk, listen, and understand your needs before beginning treatment.
Sessions often start with gentle massage and include acupuncture, with other techniques like Reiki or moxibustion when appropriate.
Follow-up sessions are shorter, focused on continuing care.
Depending on your condition, a short series of weekly treatments is often recommended to assess progress. For chronic issues, regular acupuncture can support symptom relief and long-term strength building.
Community Sessions
In community sessions, treatment is provided in a shared space with others.
These shorter sessions focus solely on acupuncture and are a more affordable option for ongoing support.
About Naoko
Naoko is a fully qualified acupuncturist, accredited by the British Acupuncture Council and a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians. With over ten years of clinical experience, she works with people seeking relief from both chronic and acute conditions, combining acupuncture with Chinese herbal medicine to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
Her path into this work began early. As a child, she developed eczema and found limited relief through conventional medicine. This experience led to a lifelong exploration of alternative healing traditions, including herbal medicine, acupuncture, yoga, tai chi, and naturopathy. She continues to stay grounded through internal martial arts, cultivating strength, balance, and calm from within.
